Keep SafePay available
Both cards support 3D Secure. During payment, keep the merchant checkout open and keep SafePay available or return to it when the issuer requests authentication. The app checks pending requests and shows a challenge when available.
- Check the merchant and amount. Confirm only a payment you initiated.
- If SafePay shows a one-time code, enter it in the original merchant window. A code-based request does not require an additional SafePay approval button.
- If approval and rejection buttons appear, choose the appropriate action in SafePay. Reject an unfamiliar payment.
- Return to the merchant and wait for the result. 3D Secure authentication does not replace checking purchase status.
Never share a one-time code. If a request is missing or expired, keep the time, amount and error text for support.
Browser and Telegram
Users with linked Telegram can receive notifications and a code when the provider supplies it. For email sign-in, check the request in the web app. Adding a card to Wallet is a separate verification process with Wallet’s own instructions.
