Before paying
Check that the service is available to your account and accepts your chosen card. Universal and Universal+ differ in fees and issuing country; the merchant may apply its own restrictions.
Check the card balance allowing for fees, conversion and verification charges. Use Card Details for the number, expiry and CVV, and SafePay Billing for the holder name and address. Keep the service profile information accurate.
Complete checkout
- Sign in to Canva and check the selected account or team. Open available plans and choose the intended option.
- Check monthly or annual billing, the final total and the trial end date if a trial is offered.
- Choose a bank card at checkout and enter your SafePay card and billing details. Confirm the selected plan.
After confirmation
Open Canva billing settings and check that the plan is active for the intended team. A trial may become a paid subscription automatically; cancel through Canva before the stated deadline if you do not want renewal.
If a 3D Secure request appears, complete the confirmation shown in SafePay, then return to the merchant. Do not pay again while the result is pending. For an error, keep its text, time and amount.
